Bienvenue the Site Leader in Ambanja, northwest Madagascar. She began working with Blue Ventures as an administrative assistant in 2008 after finishing her Masters degree in Marine Biology and Ecology from the Fisheries and Marines Science Institute at Tulear University. Since then, she has been responsible for the socioeconomic surveys and the school scholarships programme in the Velondriake region, before becoming the Site Leader in Ambanja.
