Noëlinaud is Community Liaison Supervisor for the Aquaculture Programme in Andavadoaka, southwest Madagascar. He has been the President of an Association of Young Native Students from Toliara in Antananarivo for four years and has carried out two projects with the Urban Commune of Toliara, the first of which contributes to urban sanitation and the second to the lighting of Toliara. To continue his efforts in social development, Noelinaud works with Blue Ventures to help improve the lives of Vezo fishermen in the Velondriake locally managed marine area.
