In his day job, Phil Karp is a Knowledge Management Specialist at the World Bank. He is an avid scuba diver, ocean advocate, and citizen scientist and in his spare time does volunteer work on marine conservation. Since 2014, he has been collaborating with Blue Ventures in various aspects of lionfish management in Belize.
